Bishop Robinson gives the invocation before the We Are One concert on Jan. 18, 2009. I'm not a believer - but this is a strong, clear, and wise prayer.
Thank you for posting this Susan. I too am not a believer, but have a lot of respect for Robinson and consider him a brave man, standing firm in the face of bigotry. His words are strong and yes, pray to all the forces of the universe to keep Obama safe from white wackos. Today however, I'm a believer. Kick the bums OUT!! And praise also to Bill Marvels piece in yesterdays Sun "Mission Accomplished". I do believe I'm becoming a believer!
